17 languages and broader judging

What changed

• OCaml joined the language list, bringing AlgoArena to 17 supported languages.
• Hundreds of problems now accept any valid answer (not just one canonical output) via special-judge checkers.
• The public product story was tightened around fuller judging and assessment signal.
