A guided practice run for first-time candidates
Candidates who say it's their first assessment can try a practice run in the real assessment IDE. A scripted example highlights each part of the screen, uses no AI, and doesn't start the timer.
What changed
- Candidates who say it's their first assessment can try a practice run in the real assessment IDE. A scripted example highlights each part of the screen, uses no AI, and doesn't start the timer.
- Candidates can switch questions while the AI is working. The work continues on the question they left, and that question's tab shows a spinner until it finishes.
- The AI in the assessment IDE now decides when to search the web, and each search shows as a step in the recruiter's review. Identity verification is now off by default and can be turned on per assessment.
