Agentic+ mode and a check before bulk rejects

What changed

• Agentic+ is a new AI mode for assessment questions. Candidates get the full agentic workspace with a stronger set of models.
• Rejecting candidates in bulk now asks you to confirm when nobody on your team has opened their evidence yet.
• The prompting score now also looks at whether a candidate picked a sensible model for each task. Resending an invite shows a Sent confirmation.
