Assessment sessions that keep saving

What changed

• Conversations with assessment agents now survive a page reload, even right after several new chats are opened.
• Long assessment sessions with many files and messages now keep saving as they grow.
• The agent no longer puts Java and other back-end code into a new script file that was not part of the project.
