Easier sign-in and faster page loads
Signing in with a username now works with any mix of capital letters. A locked account now says a password reset unlocks it, and the sign-in and sign-up pages share a toggle to switch between them.

- Signing in with a username now works with any mix of capital letters. A locked account now says a password reset unlocks it, and the sign-in and sign-up pages share a toggle to switch between them.
- Signed-out visitors see Sign in and Create account in the header in place of an account menu, and the header fits small phone screens.
- Battle, practice, candidate report, and assessment builder pages load much less code up front, so they open faster.
