Fair scores for untouched questions
An untouched question now scores 0, and a question with tests is scored by its tests. TypeScript results are checked so correct answers stop failing at random.

What changed
- An untouched question now scores 0, and a question with tests is scored by its tests. TypeScript results are checked so correct answers stop failing at random.
- In the Agents window, parallel agents no longer erase each other's edits, queued prompts send, and an agent keeps fixing failing tests after it sees the results.
- Participants are told when the camera is off, and the microphone is used only when needed. Organizers can play participant videos, and someone still being graded shows N/A instead of 0%.
