Five skill scores with one meaning

What changed

• Reports score five skills with the same names, order, and color on every tab. The chart marks where the Solid band starts and names the weakest skill.
• The replay button beside a skill opens the moment that set it, such as a prompt or the first plan. Keeping an AI change as written is never shown as a weakness, and a graded build question counts its rubric grade.
• The assessment builder now sets the AI mode only per question. The Assessments page shows the real organizer screens and participant IDE instead of drawings.
