Privacy and terms matched to real data flow

What changed

• The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service were rewritten to match how the product actually handles code execution, AI features, classroom data, and voice practice.
• A data-retention section and clearer descriptions of tournaments, classroom mode, and referrals were added.
