Revisit submitted assessments

What changed

• Candidates allowed to keep their work can now reopen a submitted assessment from My assessments and download the project. If saving it to your account stalls, the page now offers a retry.
• The Ask AI tab on a candidate report now answers from that candidate's own evidence: scores, answers, deliverables, chat transcript, browser checks, and screenshots.
• The candidate workspace gained a collapsible agents sidebar, syntax highlighting that follows the open file's language, and reference images placed after the written prompt.
