Session replay matches the live IDE
Session replay now shows the candidate's chat as the live IDE showed it, with the same code cards and tool steps. Clicking a file in a tool step opens it in the editor.

- Session replay now shows the candidate's chat as the live IDE showed it, with the same code cards and tool steps. Clicking a file in a tool step opens it in the editor.
- The replay's problem panel uses the live IDE's tabs, and its Rules tab now opens the assessment's rules.
- In the replay, the Agents lane shows each message's thinking, tool steps, and shell output. Messages are grouped into turns with the same time and step count the live lane shows.
