Recruiters can turn on a new setting that shows candidates plain-language feedback on how they worked with AI, with advice for next time. It is off by default and separate from the score setting.

- Recruiters can turn on a new setting that shows candidates plain-language feedback on how they worked with AI, with advice for next time. It is off by default and separate from the score setting.
- Candidates see the feedback with their graded result and on their My assessments page.
- It is always on for systems practice runs, where no recruiter is involved.
