A purpose for every assessment and training levels

What changed

• Each assessment now picks what it is for: Hiring or Training, plus Hackathon for organizations set up for events.
• Training assessments show managers each skill as a level, not its exact score, with a Progress card across rounds and a Team view. People can be invited back for a recheck, and a trainee counts once on the plan.
• Full screen can be turned on after publishing, and leaving setup no longer says the link is invalid.
