Assignment generator and question boards

What changed

• On paid plans, instructors can describe a coding assignment and get a draft handout, starter code, tests, rubric, and reference solution to review before adding it. Last term's files, including .docx handouts, can be attached as examples.
• A coding problem can be set to function-only, so students write one function while the instructor's code handles input and output. Each assignment also has a question board where students ask and answer, and the instructor can mark one answer as correct.
• On paid plans, Review all zeros looks for zero scores that were one small fix from passing, and the instructor chooses whether proven fixes are applied or only suggested. Builds and drawings waiting for a grade now say Needs grading, and View work shows what the student submitted.
