Publications and proctoring pages

What changed

• A new Publications page lists our peer-reviewed papers on teaching and assessing AI-assisted programming and on live classroom quizzes, each with an author copy anyone can read.
• A new proctoring page explains what assessments record. Webcam capture is off unless the hiring company turns it on, and nothing is ever inferred from a candidate's face.
• Blog guides now carry figures drawn for their own topic, such as binary search halving its search space at each step.
