Matching plan labels and steadier Builder turns

What changed

• Your profile, the hero picker, and the header now agree on your plan. Locked heroes link to the coder plans.
• A Builder turn that gets cut off stops showing Editing and Working. If Implement on a plan changes no files, the Builder tries once more, then marks the turn as not done.
• A won battle no longer snaps back to a live match. Prev and Next work on participant reports, and an unfinished practice run on My assessments shows In progress with a Resume button.
