Retry notices and filtered recommendations
When grading itself fails in practice, a battle, or a Practice Interview, nothing is recorded against the player. A notice says the code was not graded and offers Retry, and a crash in the player's own code still counts.

- Recommended for You cards on the dashboard now open the practice library filtered to their topic and difficulty. In Friends, the Discover tab's rank, status, and sort options now find matching players beyond the first page.
- On a phone, vibecoding course labs show Chat and Preview one at a time, so the prompt box has room. The Practical Vibecoding page now opens the live course, starting with the free first module.
