Question briefs and a shared folder for terminal agents

What changed

• Claude Code and Codex now start with the question brief already loaded, so candidates no longer paste the question in. Their model pickers list only the models the question allows.
• A shared folder carries files from one question to the next, and coming back to a question reconnects to the agent already running there. A question's tab lights up while its agent works, even when the candidate is looking at another question.
• Prompts typed into Claude Code or Codex now count toward the AI workflow score and are marked in the replay. Deleted assessments now stay on record under a read-only Deleted filter, and their candidates are marked Deleted.
