You pay once per participant. The price depends on the most AI the assessment allows. Modes are set per question, so one OA can mix all three. These are the intended launch rates; no public assessment checkout is open yet.
The participant codes solo. Locking every AI surface gives a strong, deliberate signal. Best for large groups and first-round checks.
Text chat partner that talks through tradeoffs but never writes code for the participant. Tests reasoning and prompt writing.
Full agent partner. The participant prompts, and the agent scaffolds and edits. Measures the realistic senior-eng workflow.

Launch estimate only. Each participant is billed once, at the price of the most AI their assessment allows. Volume discounts are planned to apply automatically beyond each monthly threshold, with overage billed at the same per-participant rate rather than a penalty rate.

At launch, you will be able to upgrade to any paid tier. The planned free quota is 5 participants total for the lifetime of your account, not a monthly or yearly allowance. Each invited participant will count as one, regardless of question count.
At launch, each paid tier will include a monthly credit pool. Additional attempts will use the same rack rate (Starter and Scale) or the tier's baked-in discount (Pro), with volume discounts applied automatically.
The launch billing design includes a hard monthly cap, pre-invite cost estimates, and email alerts at 50%, 80%, and 100% of the cap. Waitlist teams can help us validate those controls before general availability.
You pay once per participant. The price depends on the most AI the assessment allows: $10 for No-AI, $15 for Rena, $30 for Agentic. For example, two No-AI questions and one Agentic question cost $30 per participant before plan or volume discounts.
The launch policy is to bill only completed attempts. Half-finished, abandoned, or rejected attempts will not count.
